The role centers on P&C insurance strategy, guiding strategic planning, growth, investment support and transformation for top clients.

With a team largely drawn from MBB and leadership with McKinsey backgrounds, you will engage with C-Suite executives, develop delivery and business opportunities, and collaborate

Job description

Unique opportunity for an Associate Partner to take over a well established Insurance practice. The Managing Partner who built it over a 15+ years now needs to dedicate time elsewhere within the business.

My client is a boutique strategy consultancy working across a mix of Corporate Strategy, Private Equity and Investment Banks. The team is largely from MBB with the leadership team largely with a McKinsey background.

The role will focus on insurance strategy mainly within Property & Casualty with projects spanning strategic planning, growth management, investment support, organisational enablement and business transformation.

What experience will you need to have?

• 5+ years of consulting experience within P&C Insurance
• Currently in a consulting leadership role responsible for delivery and business development
• Strong understanding of the P&C landscape and client relationships
• Ability to engage with C-Suite within the industry as an expert
