  • Mentor senior team members, support career development, and foster a collaborative culture.
  • Establish repeatable methodologies and best practices to ensure scalable, high-quality delivery.

  • Help define and drive the growth strategy for the consulting practice, aligned with the firm’s overall vision.
  • Lead business development efforts, from prospecting to closing engagements, focusing on new and existing P&C insurance clients.
  • Represent the firm as a thought leader in the data, analytics, and insurance consulting space.
P&L and Operational Oversight
  • Manage the financial performance of accounts, including revenue targets, utilization, and profitability.
  • Partner with firm leadership to plan budgets, allocate resources, and manage risk.
  • Drive operational efficiency while maintaining exceptional client service standards.
What You Bring To The Team
  • Possesses 12+ years of consulting (ideally small to mid size firm) experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role focused on data and analytics strategy, delivery, and team management.
  • Strong executive-level network within the P&C insurance sector with a history of winning new clients and expanding business relationships.
  • Strong understanding of P&C insurance operations, regulatory considerations, and business drivers.
  • Deep knowledge of modern data technologies, analytics platforms, and implementation approaches.

  • Location: Northeast (NY, NJ, CT or MA) required. Must be flexible to travel up to 50% to client locations.
  • Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer and not requiring visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future.
What We Offer
