Job summary

Visium in Seattle seeks an Associate Partner to advise C-level executives on AI & Data strategies and guide large-scale digital transformations. You will act as a trusted advisor, oversee long-term client relationships, and ensure delivery excellence.

You’ll create new business opportunities, expand LifeScience & Healthcare accounts, lead cross-functional teams, and shape innovative solutions that drive seven-figure revenues. English proficiency is essential; French/German are a plus.

Qualifications

• Director/Associate Partner level experience at a consulting firm.
• Data Science background with LifeScience & Healthcare focus.
• Proven track record in developing new client relationships and generating business development opportunities.
• Experience managing a portfolio of healthcare clients generating seven figures in revenues.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams and ability to frame, design and scale solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities and expand existing ones with BD support.
• Engage with C-level stakeholders to understand Data and AI challenges and scale solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to review client requirements and elevate delivery capabilities.
• Lead engagement teams to develop analyses and high-quality deliverables.
• Active role in practice development.
