Visium is seeking an Associate Partner to advise C‑level executives on AI & Data strategies and guide large-scale digital transformations. You will oversee and nurture long-term client relationships while ensuring high-quality delivery and outcomes.

This role emphasizes new business development, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to scale complex data-driven solutions in LifeScience and Healthcare sectors.

Qualifications

• Director, Associate Partner/Partner level experience at a consulting firm.
• Data Science background with specialization across LifeScience & Healthcare.
• Proven track record of developing new client relationships in a consulting-like industry.
• Experience managing a portfolio of healthcare clients generating multi‑million revenues.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams and ability to frame, design and scale solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities and expand existing ones with the help of the BD team.
• Engage with C-level stakeholders to understand Data and AI challenges and help implement scalable solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to review requirements and provide leadership to elevate delivery capabilities.
• Lead engagement teams in developing analyses, recommendations, and high-quality deliverables.
