Job summary

Visium in San Francisco seeks an entrepreneurial Associate Partner to drive growth and guide AI and data strategies for large clients. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, shaping engagements and delivering scalable transformations.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams, expand the client portfolio, and help develop the practice. The role blends strategy, technical depth, and delivery excellence in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Director/Associate Partner level experience at a consulting firm.
• Data Science background with LifeScience & Healthcare specialization.
• Proven track record of developing new client relationships and BD opportunities.
• Experience managing a portfolio of healthcare clients generating seven figures in revenue.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and scaling solutions for challenging business situations.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French and/or German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities and expand existing ones with LifeScience focus.
• Engage with C-level stakeholders to understand Data and AI challenges and scale solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to review client requirements and elevate delivery with insights and recommendations.
• Lead engagement teams to develop analyses and high-quality deliverables; drive impact.
