Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking an Associate P&O Business Partner (DPM Expansions) in Clayton, NC to partner with area leaders, linking people strategy to performance and supporting first-line leader development.

You will work with HRBPs, ER/P&O leaders, and managers to execute HR processes, onboarding, succession planning, and leadership development, while promoting NNWay values and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field from an accredited university.
• Associate degree in HR or related field with 3 years HR generalist experience.
• High school diploma with 5 years HR generalist experience.
• PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
• Experience in multi-shift manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR policies preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support HR processes for line of business and managers.
• Provide employee relations guidance to managers and HRBPs.
• Assist with IDP execution and survey action plans.
• Participate in workforce planning, candidate selection, exits.
• Contribute to leadership development and onboarding for new managers.
• Support leadership training and NNWay values.
• Oversee local HR projects and safety compliance.
