Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Associate degree with three years HR generalist experience considered.
• High School diploma with five years HR generalist experience considered.
• PHR or SPHR certification a plus.
• Experience in multi-shift manufacturing HR generalist role preferred.
• Knowledge of employment law, policies and HR processes preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support people managers to ensure quality and timely execution of HR processes.
• Provide employee relations guidance to managers and HRBPs.
• Support IDP execution and action planning from employee surveys.
• Assist workforce planning, candidate selection, and turnover analysis.
• Contribute to leadership development and first-line manager coaching.
• Assist onboarding and new manager orientation activities.
• Promote Novo Nordisk Way values and diversity in training.
• Execute HR projects and programs across local and global teams.
