Job summary

Brookfield Properties seeks an Associate Operations Manager for Glendale Galleria in Glendale, CA. You will assist the Sr Operations Manager and GM to operate and preserve the property, overseeing safety, maintenance, and vendor services to meet standards and guest expectations.

Role requires strong project management, communication, and problem-solving. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and 2+ years in property or facilities management is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of property, facilities, or construction management preferred; shopping center experience a plus.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good working knowledge of commercial building systems, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Effective writing and communication skills to supervise and train teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, JDEdwards, Proliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate a clean, well maintained property with a positive shopping experience.
• Oversee physical assets to maintain standards cost-effectively.
• Develop multi-year Opex/capex plans and manage projects.
• Ensure safety systems are code compliant and reports filed.
• Support contractor compliance and tenant coordination.
• Assist MOD scheduling and on-site coverage.
