Job summary

Northbrookcourt is seeking an Assoc Mgr, Operations in Glendale to support the Sr Operations Manager in maintaining high standards for a premier property. The role focuses on physical operations, safety compliance, and coordinating construction and tenant services.

The position prepares the candidate to advance to an Operations Manager role at a related property within 9–24 months, with potential relocation as needed by the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of property, facilities, or construction management preferred; shopping center industry is a plus.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good working knowledge of commercial building systems, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Effective writing and communication skills to include supervise, train and direct teams.
• Ability to adapt to changing work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a clean, well maintained property providing guests with a positive shopping experience.
• Work with (Sr) Operations Manager to oversee all physical assets to ensure they are maintained to required standards in the most economically efficient manner.
• Work with (Sr) Operations Manager to prepare and manage multi-year ordinary capital and operating expense plans and projects.
