Provide foundational customer service and operational support to clients by handling basic inquiries, conducting simple research, and accurately tracking service requests to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Core Responsibilities

• Client Support & Service Delivery: Respond to basic customer questions, handle routine operational tasks and meet established company standards and SLAs.
• Collaborate with team members under direct supervision to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Research & Documentation: Access public information and market resources to perform simple data analysis for client requests, and maintain accurate records of all client interactions, requests, and transactions.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of customer service principles and client operations.
• Ability to follow instructions closely and work well within a collaborative team environment.

Annual Pay Range: 34,400 - 41,600 USD
