Job Description: Join Cotality as an Associate, Client Operations Management (Tax Research) in a fast‑paced production environment. In this role, you will be crucial to servicing, supporting, and mitigating risks for property loans. You'll leverage advanced market‑leading tools and your sharp attention to detail to analyze data, solve complex problems, and deliver exceptional service to higher‑tiered clients. What You’ll Do

• Analyze & Resolve: Research missing data and utilize advanced tools to query, manipulate, and synthesize property‑related information.
• Deliver Excellence: Provide exceptional, accurate service to higher‑tiered clients in a high‑volume setting, adhering to all Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Manage Workflows: Manage assigned inventory and prioritize tasks effectively to meet daily deadlines without unnecessary interruptions.
• Drive Improvement: Actively participate in cross‑training, mentorship, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Tax Search focus area.

Job Qualifications:

What You Bring Experience:

• 3+ years of relevant, client‑service‑oriented experience in a high‑volume environment. (High school diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Technical Aptitude: Intermediate computer skills with a strong ability to learn new systems and interpret basic property documentation from varied sources.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to connect data points from multiple sources and resolve complex issues.
• Core Skills: Highly detail‑oriented, adaptable, and armed with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professionalism: A collaborative mindset demonstrated by ethical conduct, accountability, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Annual Pay Range: 34,400 - 47,382 USD
