• Four years of related experience; IOA training and CO-OP status preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential, impartial, informal, and independent ombuds services.
• Listen to concerns and empower individuals to resolve conflicts constructively.
• Clarify issues and navigate university policies and procedures.
• Facilitate one-on-one and group conversations.
• Deliver training and outreach on conflict engagement, effective communication, and negotiation skills.
• Maintain secure case records and support reporting.
