Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to school district leaders via calls and emails.
• Research districts to identify opportunities, funding priorities, and decision makers.

• Secure qualified introductory meetings with district leaders.
• Collaborate with Managers to hand off opportunities and track activity in the CRM.
• Represent SPG at regional events and conferences to grow brand awareness.

Title: Associate of District Partnerships

Reports To: Senior Vice President of District Partnerships

The Company

Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA),

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), Occupational Therapists (OT), Physical Therapists

(PT), Mental Health Therapists (MHT), Psychologists, Education Technicians, and Teachers

working in schools and clinics since 1989.

The Position

SPG is seeking an energetic and motivated Associate of District Partnerships (ADP) to join our

District Partnerships team. The ADP will be the front line of our growth efforts, responsible for

building awareness, generating interest, and securing qualified meetings with school district

leaders.

This is a high-activity role designed for someone who wants to break into education

partnerships and learn the fundamentals of consultative outreach.

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to targeted school district leaders (calls,
• emails, conference follow-ups).
• Research districts to identify opportunities, funding priorities, and key decision-makers.
• Build and maintain detailed district contact lists and outreach sequences.
• Secure qualified introductory meetings.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Passive Relationship-Building

• Follow up with warm leads from events, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• surface timely opportunities.
• Represent SPG at regional events and conferences, building brand awareness.

Collaboration & Internal Alignment

• Work closely with Managers of District Partnerships to hand off qualified opportunities.
• Ensure accurate activity tracking and reporting in Customer Relationship Manager
• (CRM).
• Share feedback from outreach efforts with district partnerships leadership to improve
• messaging and strategy.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales development, recruiting, or outreach experience (education,
• healthcare, or mission-driven fields preferred).
• Proven ability to manage high-volume outreach with persistence and professionalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messages to school district
• leaders.
• Highly organized and disciplined in CRM usage.
• Curiosity and coachability; eager to learn consultative selling in the K–12 space.
