Job summary

VulcanForms Inc. is seeking an Associate NPI Manufacturing Equipment Development Engineer to drive deployment, commissioning, and stability of industrial hardware for our consumer technology line.

You will own equipment selection, unboxing, and facility integration with IQ/OQ/SAT qualification in a 24/7 production environment. You will coordinate with Facilities, EHS, Quality, and Process Engineering, optimize OEE and MTBF, and develop SOPs and training for operators to ensure safe, reliable

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of progressive engineering experience deploying complex equipment.
• Experience executing formal IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and troubleshooting frameworks.
• Hands-on familiarity with at least two major industrial equipment categories (e.g., CNC/EDM, vacuum/thermal, or robotic automation).
• Strong project management and vendor coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment, site integration, and qualification of industrial equipment (IQ/OQ/SAT).
• Oversee equipment selection and procurement to meet manufacturing throughput needs.
• Serve as primary technical liaison with external equipment vendors and OEMs.
• Define and monitor equipment performance metrics to maximize uptime and MTBF.
• Create SOPs, maintenance schedules, and facility integration logs; train operators.
• Collaborate with Facilities, EHS, Quality, and Process Engineering to integrate modules safely.
