VulcanForms Inc. seeks an NPI Manufacturing Process Development Engineer I for Consumer Technology to help translate customer designs into repeatable, high-quality products. You will support laser processing, heat treatment, and post‑print operations under senior engineers.

You will apply foundational engineering principles, run defined experiments, and analyze data to establish stable processes, contributing to advanced manufacturing and data‑driven improvements.

Competenze

• Broad understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, heat transfer, or related technical areas.
• Foundational data analysis and interpretation skills for experiments.
• Knowledge of statistical methods (DOE/SPC) through coursework or internships.
• Experience with communicating results and working in cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Assist with development and documentation of 3D digital manufacturing processes (laser printing, heat treatment, post‑processing).
• Conduct defined experiments, trials, and test plans under guidance.
• Collect, organize, and analyze manufacturing data to identify trends.
