Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field is required.
• Current and active professional license in Washington State or eligibility by hire is required.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in mental health and continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis and safety plans, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, admin staff, and fellow therapists.
