Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine | Immunology is seeking an Associate Medical Director to contribute medical and scientific leadership for late-stage rheumatology development. You will support trial conduct, medical oversight, data interpretation, and regulatory deliverables, working with senior clinical leaders.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent medical degree is required.
• Clinical rheumatology expertise is preferred; board certification in rheumatology preferred.
• Experience in interventional trials and regulatory submissions is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, execution, analysis, and reporting of Phase 2 and 3 rheumatology trials.
• Provide medical oversight including safety review and protocol deviation assessment.
• Participate in cross-functional study teams to meet milestones.
• Develop study concepts, protocols, investigator brochures, and SRs.
• Contribute to regulatory submissions and regulatory interactions.
• Interpret emerging evidence to inform development recommendations.
• Build relationships with investigators, experts, and partners.
• Evaluate new mechanisms and opportunities in rheumatology.
• Support a collaborative, accountable culture and respond to feedback.
