Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks an Associate Medical Director, Dermatology and Respiratory, to join the Clinical Development organization with focus on late-stage dermatology and respiratory programs. Ideally based in Spring House, PA with optional consideration at other US J&J IM R&D sites.

You will contribute medical oversight, strategy, and regulatory deliverables across immune-mediated diseases, collaborating across global teams to advance trials from concept to data lock and

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent medical degree is required.
• Board Certification/Eligibility in dermatology, allergy immunology, or pulmonary desirable.
• Experience in immunology or dermatology-related clinical research is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, analyze, and report Phase 2/3 dermatology and respiratory trials.
• Provide medical oversight, safety review, and data interpretation for studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to meet milestones.
• Develop and review clinical documents and regulatory submissions.
• Contribute to regulatory interactions and scientific communications.
• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship within Immunology.
• Lead abstracts/manuscripts and present data internally and externally.
• Support disease strategy and evaluate new outcome measures.
