GENERAL OVERVIEW
This job is responsible for clinic patient support by performing essential clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience while contributing to the overall effectiveness of the healthcare team.

- Prepares and rooms patients within the clinic practice setting according to standardized work flows. Accurately obtains patient vital signs and history. May assist in the completion of various screening tools. (15%

- Provides follow up with patients via preferred method of communication in accordance with provider instructions. (14%)
- Prepares exam rooms for patient visit. Ensures adequate inventory of medical supplies. (14%)
- Accurately performs lab controls and equipment checks. (14%)
- Documents accurately in the electronic health record. (14%)
- Other duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications
Required
- High School/GED
- Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
- Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
- Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
