Principal Duties/Responsibilities
  1. Repairs entry-level equipment at the component level.
  2. Works to improve technical skills through on-the-job technical training, technical projects, and assignments.
  3. Communicates with customers on an occasional basis as necessary.
  4. Completes and documents test development of entry-level electronic assemblies.
  5. Maintain fixtures.
  6. Processes required service report paperwork under direct supervision as part of training and development.
  7. Participates in ATS Culture Initiative; continually improves processes; quantitatively monitors processes. Completes required quality core classes and uses skills and techniques presented. Uses the Core Values in work environment. Adheres to company/customer safety procedures.
Essential KSAs

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), & Competencies:

  1. Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
