Advantage Technical is hiring an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for a Fortune 500 manufacturing team in Littleton, MA. This direct-hire role offers a 2nd shift (3:00 PM-11:00 PM) with overtime and some Saturdays, with pay in the $32-35/hour DOE range.

You will respond to production line calls, diagnose and repair equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and install new machinery to keep production running at peak performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills are required.
• Experience with high-speed automation equipment is required.
• Proven ability to diagnose, repair, and install machinery.
• Ability to work independently and self-manage in demanding settings.
