Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. is hiring an Associate Manufacturing Supervisor for Pullman, WA, to lead a day or swing shift. You will oversee production metrics, mentor staff, and drive improvements while upholding SEL values and World Class Manufacturing principles.

This is an opportunity to join the Pullman Boards & Components Day Shift or Swing Shift team. The schedule will be Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm (Day Shift) or Monday - Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm (Swing Shift).As an Associate Manufacturing Supervisor, a typical day might include the following:Managing department indicators and providing clear direction to meet production objective.Inspire and drive employee performance and engagement by mentoring, teaching, and coaching employees.Actively and effectively maintain SEL culture by managing and addressing detractors to our values.Consistently seek clarity through data to drive and promote improvement in culture, safety, quality, delivery, and profit.Model, teach and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.Understand. Pay range for this position is $29.18 - $43.08 per hour. Swing shift supervisors will also receive a shift differential of $3.00 per hour on top of the starting wage.
