Job summary

This position is on C shift, 3x12 schedule Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00AM - 7:30PM. This position will be located at our Aeronautics Systems Sector in Iuka, MS.

• Design manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining and material handling.
• Design arrangement of machines within plant facilities to ensure most efficient and productive layout.
• Design sequence of operations and specifies procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment and other functions that affect product performance.
• Adapt machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions.
• May incorporate inspection and test requirements into the production plan.
• Inspect performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency, and investigate and initiate corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality.
• Develop manufacturing processes that are applicable to statistical process control, and may develop those techniques.
• Provide guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
• Ensure processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.

• Be majoring in or having majored in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) degree

• Final approved U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special Access may be required to start.

• Be completing or has completed their Master’s degree from an accredited institution by August 2027 or is completing their Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 2 years of engineering experience
• Be majoring in or having majored in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) degree
• Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).

Pay Range: Associate Manufacturing Engineer: $56,700 – $85,100 Manufacturing Engineer: $68,200 – $102,400 Campusjobs The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
