  • Reinforces inventory control activities and best practices, including cycle counts, discrepancy investigation, product movement, system processing, stock maintenance and organization.
  • Oversees day‑to‑day order verification activities including review of picked materials, documentation, and shipment readiness.
  • Ensures day‑to‑day warehouse organization, cleanliness, and material staging meet safety standards and support efficient workflow.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to resolve inventory availability, order, or delivery‑related issues.

Job Summary

Oversees warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, safety, and team coordination. Provides hands‑on leadership to ensure warehouse activities are performed safely, accurately, and efficiently. Operates with accountability for daily operational execution and team guidance, and partners with internal teams to maintain standards and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and order fulfillment activities.
  • Provides day‑to‑day guidance and support to warehouse staff to promote productivity, accuracy, and adherence to safety practices.
  • Reinforces inventory control activities and best practices, including cycle counts, discrepancy investigation, product movement, system processing, stock maintenance and organization.
  • Oversees day‑to‑day order verification activities including review of picked materials, documentation, and shipment readiness.
  • Ensures day‑to‑day warehouse organization, cleanliness, and material staging meet safety standards and support efficient workflow.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to resolve inventory availability, order, or delivery‑related issues.
  • Coordinates daily shipping activities, including loading and securing trucks, to ensure safe handling, accurate staging, and timely outbound deliveries.
Education Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience
  • 4–6 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a lead or supervisory capacity preferred.
Certifications and Licences
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain required.
