Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Smyrna, GA to support daily warehouse operations including order fulfillment, inventory handling, and logistics coordination while following safety guidelines and best practices.

You will collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality service and prompt resolution of any discrepancies, maintaining organized and safe storage and handling of materials.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling.
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain is required.

Responsibilities

  • Performs order fulfillment by accurately pulling, verifying, and preparing materials for shipment or delivery.
  • Receives, inspects, and records incoming materials, updating records and documentation.
  • Loads, unloads, and secures materials and equipment per safety procedures.
  • Performs cycle counts and monitors inventory to identify discrepancies and support inventory control.
  • Maintains warehouse organization with stocking, labeling, and housekeeping.
  • Operates warehouse equipment and assists with material movement per training and safety protocols.
  • Coordinates with internal teams to resolve order and inventory issues and support service quality.

Ensures all activities are performed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with safety guidelines and established warehouse best practices.
