  • Reconciles purchase order receivers and invoices to ensure accurate recordkeeping and timely payment processing.
  • Receives, enters, and fulfills customer orders and purchase orders in coordination with project teams, branch teams, and vendors.
  • Maintains positive working relationships with internal partners, vendors, and customers to resolve routine discrepancies.
  • Supports multiple projects/ business lines simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting established deadlines.
  • Performs data entry and general administrative tasks as needed.

Job Summary:

Provides centralized administrative support for multiple projects or business lines across regions. Processes purchase orders, invoices, and order documentation to ensure accurate and timely financial and operational transactions. Ensures data accuracy, documentation integrity, and responsive service to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processes purchase orders, invoice reconciliations, and order transactions using approved systems and workflows.
  • Reconciles purchase order receivers and invoices to ensure accurate recordkeeping and timely payment processing.
  • Receives, enters, and fulfills customer orders and purchase orders in coordination with project teams, branch teams, and vendors.
  • Maintains positive working relationships with internal partners, vendors, and customers to resolve routine discrepancies.

Education Qualifications:

High School Education/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, accounts payable, order processing, or a related field required.

  • Experience using enterprise procurement or invoice systems preferred.
