Job summary

LOFT is seeking an Associate Manager - Sourcing to oversee the path from seasonal development to manufacturing, ensuring design integrity and alignment with the product lifecycle calendar. You will support IMU targets and cost negotiations while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid NY-based environment.

The role requires 2–3 years in production, excellent communication, and proficiency with SAP and MS Office. Travel for seasonal needs may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years’ experience in Production.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

Ensures design vision and product integrity standards are met while adhering to the Product Lifecycle Calendar and meeting financial goals. Ensures Ann Inc. standards of IMU performance, quality, delivery and business practices are achieved.
