Job summary

LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experiences and shape strong store culture at Store 1741-Walt Whitman Mall-ANN-Huntington Station, NY 11746. You will lead on the sales floor, coach and educate associates, and foster an inclusive environment that engages customers and teams.

You’ll help recruit and develop talent, leverage technology for a seamless omnichannel experience, and use reporting to drive store performance and financial discipline.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient; ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen; ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
