LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 1472-Eastchester Shopping Ctr-ANN-Scarsdale, NY 10583. You will support the customer experience, lead the sales floor, and coach associates to embody the LOFT brand in daily interactions.

You will also assist in recruiting and developing talent while using store tech to enable a seamless omnichannel experience and maintain strong financial discipline.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience, preferably in fashion.
• Strong customer-service mindset and leadership skills.
• Comfortable using POS and store tech tools.
