Job description

Job Description:

We’re launching an Associate Sales Manager program for ambitious individuals looking to level up their career. This is not a senior level role.

As an Associate Sales Manager, you will be provided with learning opportunities to translate your technical, sales, and consulting skills and experience into shaping solutions to solve our customers' most critical business problems.

Essential Job Functions:

Accountable for developing an active pipeline and managing varied sales cycle demands by educating customers and maintaining expert-level knowledge of products, pricing, and market differentiators.

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, managing various sales cycle demands effectively.
  2. Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support in the sales process.
  3. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while continuously educating customers about products, pricing, and market differentiators.
  4. Build and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth.
  5. Analyze market data for potential opportunities and adapt strategies as needed.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring departmental alignment and synergy.
  7. Introduce process improvements and innovative technologies to the sales process.
  8. Participate in sales negotiations and contribute to deal closings.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in the industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
  3. Proven track record in sales and sales enablement.
  4. Proficiencies in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
  5. A continuous learner that stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology.

Other Qualifications:

  1. Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus.
  2. Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) a plus.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $91,400 - $169,700.

Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
