Job Description:

We’re launching an Associate Sales Manager program for ambitious individuals looking to level up their career. This is not a senior level role.

As an Associate Sales Manager, you will receive learning opportunities to translate your technical, sales, and consulting skills into solutions that address our customers' critical business challenges.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals, managing diverse sales cycles effectively.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while educating customers about products, pricing, and market differentiators.
  • Build and sustain client relationships to promote sales growth.
  • Analyze market data to identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and synergy.
  • Implement process improvements and adopt innovative technologies in sales.
  • Participate in sales negotiations and contribute to closing deals.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 7+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role.
  • Proven success in sales and enabling sales teams.
  • Skills in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and industry knowledge.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as CSP or CSEP are a plus.

Compensation is estimated between $91,400 and $169,700, influenced by experience and organizational factors. Full-time employees are eligible for DXC's benefits, including health, dental, vision, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement plans, paid holidays, and time off.
