Job summary

THE·TEAM is hiring an Associate Manager, Accounts to join our college and youth marketing team. You will lead client programs, coordinate with Next Gen’s Client Services and University Relations teams, and serve as the primary ambassador contact, overseeing training and program objectives.

You’ll support daily project workflows, help prepare client-facing reports, and actively contribute to brainstorming sessions. Must be able to travel for on-site activations and events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
  • 0–2 years of related experience, ideally with events and experiential marketing.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with eagerness to learn and grow in a high energy environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills.
  • Willing to travel for on-site activations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop understanding of each client’s business, marketing goals, and program objectives.
  • Partner with team members from Client Services and University Relations for program development and execution.
  • Serve as the primary contact for ambassadors, overseeing training and coaching.
  • Support daily workflow to ensure timely, economical program execution.
  • Assist in development of client-facing reports with qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Participate in agency brainstorms to develop new engagement ideas.
  • Travel and work at on-site activations as required.
