DXC Technology Company is seeking a software engineer to develop and maintain Java-based applications supporting PCI compliance and vulnerability prevention. You will migrate Java versions, expand Okta integrations, implement SAML2 migrations, and remediate vulnerabilities while acting as a consultant to fellow developers.

The role emphasizes collaboration in a modern, in-person work setting with flexible aspects.

Qualifications

• Experience with Java backend development (SOAP/REST).
• Automation tooling experience with Terraform, Ansible, Python.
• Strong Linux and Bash scripting knowledge.
• Cloud platforms AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
• CI/CD tooling like Jenkins, Maven, Git.
• Testing frameworks: JUnit, Mockito, Spock, Groovy.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile/SCRUM processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java-based applications for PCI compliance and vulnerability prevention.
• Expand Okta integration for migration projects.
• Migrate applications from Java 8 to 11 and 17.
• Implement SAML2 migration improvements.
• Remediate vulnerabilities identified in Veracode.
• Serve as a consultant for other developers on the team.
