Job summary

Altera Digital Health is seeking an Associate Manager IT Service Delivery to lead day-to-day IT service operations for a hospital client, ensuring high-quality support across service desk and desktop environments. This remote role covers North Carolina, Delaware, Colorado, Illinois, and Arizona, with standard Monday–Friday hours and strong focus on SLA/OLA adherence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant work experience; 2-3 years at the Senior level or equivalent experience (Preferred).
• 2 years experience in information technology management (Preferred).
• 0-2 years relevant leadership experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT service delivery operations for hospital client across service desk and desktop support.
• Ensure SLA/OLA commitments and 24/7 support processes are met.
• Develop and mentor high-performance teams and manage resources effectively.
