Placer County Office of Education is seeking an Associate Manager to provide strategic leadership for Resource & Referral, Family Child Care Home Network, and Early Head Start services in Placer County. Qualifications

Grant-funded position, renewal through June 30, 2027.
Must possess a valid California driver’s license.
Must possess a California Child Development Program Director Permit.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
At least three years of experience in case management, administration or implementation of early childhood education programs funded by the California Department of Education or California Department of Social Services.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for Resource & Referral, Family Child Care Home Network, and Early Head Start.
Ensure coordinated and integrated support for children, families, and providers.
Align programs across grants and contracts; promote quality improvement, inclusion, coaching and family engagement.
Foster partnerships with educational agencies and community-based organizations.
