You will coordinate meetings, manage grant paperwork, compile reports, and support training events. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to travel across California.

Qualifications

• Administrative support and data entry experience in nonprofit or education settings.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; bilingual preferred.
• Willingness to travel across California; occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and program support including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, coordinating logistics, and documenting minutes.
• Support grant administration throughout the grant lifecycle: track grantee reports, follow up on documents, maintain digital files.
• Assist with data reporting and internal communications, compiling monthly/quarterly reports and performance data.
• Coordinate trainings/webinars, register participants, arrange translations, venues, and materials.
• Maintain filing systems and processes; assist with invoices and finance coordination.
• Assist with outreach to external stakeholders and funders as needed.
