Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Associate Manager, DOT Compliance and Fleet Asset Management to lead DOT compliance, fleet safety administration, regulatory reporting, and fuel tax coordination.

You will partner with field teams and vendors to ensure safe, compliant, cost-effective fleet operations, manage driver qualification, onboarding, and environmental reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with DOT audits, fleet compliance systems, and driver qualification requirements.
• Knowledge of hours-of-service rules, accident recordkeeping, and drug/alcohol testing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead DOT compliance for over-the-road drivers, plant switchers, and sales fleet drivers.
• Monitor registrations, permits, licenses, and renewals for vehicles.
• Coordinate fuel tax reporting and maintain fleet records and documentation.
• Support fleet safety initiatives and regulatory reporting.
