Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience with demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience with reconciliations, financial controls, and process improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex accounting activities and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Research and analyze guidance to resolve non-routine accounting issues.
• Prepare reconciliations, schedules, and reporting deliverables for stakeholders.
• Support governance, internal controls, audit readiness, and remediation efforts.
• Identify and help implement process improvements to boost accuracy and efficiency.
