The Hershey Company is seeking a Sr. Controller, External Reporting & Corporate Accounting to lead corporate accounting, consolidation, and external financial reporting under U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.

You will strengthen governance, improve close processes, and deliver high-quality disclosures to investors and regulators. The role requires 12+ years of progressive experience including Big 4 and public company exposure, an active CPA, and deep knowledge of GAAP, with SAP/Group Reporting,

Formación

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Big 4 public accounting and experience with a public company or SEC registrant.
• Active CPA is required; MBA a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with ERP accounting and finance systems such as SAP/Group Reporting, plus experience with BlackLine and Workiva.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and govern SEC filings, financial statement disclosures, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure consistent application of accounting standards and support policy updates.
