Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking an Associate Manager to support daily operations at our Mashpee store. You will drive sales, enhance client experiences, manage scheduling, and safeguard store assets while leading a division of responsibility.

You’ll leverage KPI metrics, provide actionable feedback to the Store Manager, and coach team members to deliver an outstanding Lilly Pulitzer client experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' retail or fashion industry experience.
• Strong supervisory, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; problem-solving.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Apple technology.
• XStore and Tulip knowledge a plus.

You will be expected to work, on average, a 40-hour week.This position is eligible for overtime and standard company benefits.This position is based In-Store at our Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location.Given the seasonality of the business, this position may require flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
