Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for an in-store role at our Texas location. You will assist clientele, support daily sales operations, and help maintain Lilly Pulitzer’s visual and customer service standards while embodying our brand heritage.

You should be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 20 pounds, and communicate effectively with clients and team members. Prior retail or client service experience is preferred, and knowledge of XStore and Tulip

Qualifications

• Prior retail or client service experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.
• Be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.
