Lilly Pulitzer in Fairfax, VA is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to assist clientele and support daily store operations. You will help drive sales through product knowledge and personalized outreach while maintaining the brand’s visual and service standards.

Ideal candidates have retail or client service experience and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of XStore or Tulip is a plus; lifting up to 20 pounds is required.
