Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Associate for our Mergers and Acquisitions practice in San Francisco, California. The role supports and leads complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, with emphasis on client-facing interactions.

The ideal candidate will hold a JD and be admitted in good standing in NY, TX, or CA, with prior corporate M&A experience. You will draft, review, and negotiate documents, manage due diligence, and coordinate closing

• Prior corporate M&A experience, at a firm or in-house.
