Job summary

RXO Inc. in Southfield, MI is seeking an Associate Logistics Specialist for first shift to support drivers and customers through the dispatch cycle. You will monitor pickups and deliveries, track progress, and notify stakeholders of any schedule deviations.

You will handle driver and customer calls and emails, input updates into the dispatch system, and communicate issues promptly. The role requires strong organization, multitasking, and professional communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience dealing with high phone volume is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track pickups and deliveries, and notify customers of any deviation from the run schedule.
• Answer incoming driver and customer calls/emails, and take care of their needs.
• Call and get updates from drivers/carriers and input accurate information into the dispatch system.
• Communicate any issues with customers/drivers.
• Monitor and update all Active Run problems.
