Job summary

RXO Inc. is seeking an Associate Specialist, Logistics in Mishawaka, IN to track pickups, inform customers of delays, and support drivers and carriers through the dispatch process. You will handle calls and emails, gather driver updates, and input data accurately to keep runs on schedule.

Ideal candidates excel in organization, multitasking, and fast-paced environments, with basic computer skills and strong phone communication. Weekend availability is a plus in a growing, service-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track pickups and deliveries, and notify customers of deviations from the run schedule.
• Answer incoming driver and customer calls/emails, and address their needs.
• Call and obtain updates from drivers/carriers and input accurate information into the dispatch system.
• Communicate issues with customers and drivers promptly.
• Monitor and update all Active Run problems.
