Job summary

Apogee Behavioral Medicine is seeking a clinician to join a collaborative team delivering psychotherapy with integrated medication management. The role emphasizes flexibility, full-time outpatient care, and hybrid work options to support work-life balance.

Qualified candidates will hold an associate license in the state and a master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work, with proficiency in EHR systems and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible: LCSW-A or LPC-A.
• Associate license to practice in the state of care delivery.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work.
• Proficient in EHR and care delivery software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a team of providers.
• Participate in new-hire orientation.
• Maintain timely health records in our EHR.
• Practice standard of care for psychotherapy delivery.
• Refer patients internally for medication management and psychotherapy.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family therapy, and Social work.
• Ability to utilize the EHR and other software for care delivery
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of a variety of models and theories of mental illness & related issues.
• Understanding of diagnostic criteria for dual conditions and ability to conceptualize modalities and placement criteria within the continuum of care
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities
