About the Role

Our Kitchen Prep Cooks are vital in maintaining the quality of food and presentation standards. They handle food preparation, display maintenance, and assist with various kitchen tasks.

Routine Tasks

• Maintain product freshness and sanitation standards
• Prepare and execute recipes for proteins, vegetables, starches, etc.
• Replenish, maintain, and rotate products and displays
• Package and label products
• Operate kitchen equipment such as knives, ovens, stoves, grills, scales, and wrapping machines
• Assist with other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Ability to read, write, and perform simple math
• Ability to interpret and follow instructions
• Ability to work well with others
• Food preparation experience
• A passion for serving people

This position involves walking, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 80 pounds. Work environments include preparation rooms and refrigerated coolers, with exposure to temperature changes. Frequent interaction with colleagues is expected.
