designDATA delivers IT managed services to a portfolio of client accounts with a cross-functional team. The role focuses on safeguarding revenue, retaining clients, growing accounts, and leading modernization projects.

You will manage 15–20 client accounts, drive renewals and project sales, and ensure client satisfaction while coordinating with partners and vendors. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology management or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive IT experience.
• PM certification within 9 months of starting the role.
• Proven track record managing diverse technology groups in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage 15–20 client accounts with a cross-functional team.
• Drive contract renewals and project sales to meet renewal and expansion targets.
• Motivate clients to adopt designDATA infrastructure and IT offerings.
• Analyze environments to identify new sales opportunities.
• Meet with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships.
• Coordinate and manage client equipment acquisition and maintenance.
• Act as incident and escalation point for client issues during business hours.
• Keep leadership informed of project status, risks, and needs.
