Job summary

design Data, Inc. is seeking an Associate Service Delivery Manager to lead IT managed services for a portfolio of client accounts with a cross-functional team. The role focuses on growing accounts, renewing contracts, and delivering modernization projects.

You will drive client satisfaction through proactive delivery, relationship management, and coordination of services while ensuring contract terms are met. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology management or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive IT experience.
• PM certification within 9 months of moving into the role.

Responsibilities

• Manage 15 to 20 client accounts with cross functional support.
• Drive renewals and project sales to meet targets.
• Motivate clients to adopt designDATA offerings.
• Identify new sales opportunities through client environment analysis.
• Coordinate and manage client equipment acquisition and maintenance.
• Act as Incident Manager for issues during business hours.
