Job summary

Omnicom is seeking a media operations professional to own a client book, drive financial and campaign reporting, and coordinate with partners and internal teams in a dynamic advertising environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data accuracy, and timely execution across invoicing, trade terms, and quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of media experience with emphasis on Digital, Local/TV/Cable, OTT, Social, eComm, Data, Portal, Adnet, Audio, Platform, ATV; agency experience preferred.
• Solid working knowledge of the digital media landscape, including programmatic.
• Working understanding of trade media and how trade terms are tracked.
• Experience in partnership development and client management
• Strong financial and mathematical acumen.
• Highly collaborative. Hyper responsive.
• Relationship builder and outcome driver.
• Familiarity with Prisma, Salesforce, and Project Management tools (Asana, Monday.com)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Orion does not require candidates to have a college degree

Responsibilities

• Contributes to quarterly supply needs analysis.
• Contributes to account QBRs; drives business reviews.
• Collaborates with Media Partners, Orion Partnership Development Leads, Client Leads, Operations, Addressable Product Development team, Finance, and Agency Partners.
• Supports and guides Assistants on reporting, reconciliation, and process.
• Available for other assignments and tasks as needed.

The salary range for this position is posted below.
